This training course is designed to familiarise employees with fire safety procedures, so that should a fire break out, they will know how to deal with the situation calmly and safely.

Theoretical tuition is reinforced with hands-on fire fighting experience. Courses include a practical demonstration, with delegates given the opportunity to extinguish controlled fires with a range of extinguishers.

Pre-requirements

Supervisors / Employees who may have responsibility for Fire Safety at work – including Extinguisher Operators, Supervisors and Fire Wardens.

Course Contents:

Whether nominating extinguisher operators or ensuring the smooth evacuation of a building, staff fire training is now rightly recognised by the Workplace Regulations as a prerequisite to fire safety.

Courses can be designed to meet individual company requirements, such as highlighting particular fire risks in your working environment, or providing specialised tuition for fire wardens.

  • Examination consists of a 30 question multiple choice exam. Candidates must receive 24/30 or better to pass this training course.
  • Successful candidates will receive Fire Safety Certification
