The Process Mapping, VSA & FMEA training course, to be delivered in Limerick as public two-day programme is designed to introduce candidates to Lean Six Sigma, concentrating on the three key areas of Process Mapping, Value Stream Analysis and Failure Mode Effect Analysis and how they impact on overall Business Process Improvement.

Pre-requirements
