Course Overview:
The Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) training course, to be delivered in Limerick as public five-day programme introduces the DMAICR methodology and provides participants with the Green Belt Course content. The session also describes the flow of responsibilities for management, the project team and finance during a project.
This Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) programme is also available for delivery as customised in-company course at clients facilities nationwide in Ireland, including Dublin, Cork, Limerick and Galway.
Pre-requirements
This course is designed for candidates who will be responsible for implementing process improvement measures within the organisation. This will be of most benefit to General Managers, Operations Managers, Plant Managers, Quality Personnel, Production Managers and Project Leaders.
